The Way to Your Heart

In the autumn of 2022, President of Israel, Isaac Herzog, conveyed in a speech: “Our hearts are with the women and people of Iran who are targets of attacks and oppression day and night,” as reported by the BBC.

In response to his support, the independent channel of sugarcane factory workers in Iran penned an open letter. The letter carries an informal tone, infused with a charming storytelling style that somewhat distances us from its inherently serious context. Titled ‘The Way to Your Heart,’ this work comprises a 2 minutes  and 30 second long audio piece and an A3 drawing, both inspired by the  letter.”
